European Commission Targeted Stakeholder Consultation on the Rule of Law

Announcement

The European Commission has launched an online consultation on the rule of law for its 2021 Rule of Law Report.

The consultation specifically targets organisations working on rule of law related issues, in particular linked to justice systems, corruption, media pluralism and checks and balances such as:

a) European networks and associations;

b) NGOs/civil society organisations;

c) National associations (e.g. judges associations, journalists federations, etc.); and

d) Other relevant stakeholders.

The closing date for submissions is 8 March 2021 (midnight Brussels time).
