Celebrating Roma Day with Irish nuns

Embassy Bratislava is active in many projects promoting equality, diversity and respect for human rights. A large part of the Embassy’s activities involve marginalised Roma communities, including celebrating Roma Day. This year’s pandemic made events or large gatherings impossible. Therefore, the Embassy sent the Irish nuns working with Roma children in Nano Nagle centre in Spišské Podhradie samples of home-made face masks together with a step by step guide to make them.
