15th anniversary of Slovakia’s EU membership and Irish Day of Welcomes

Ambassador Ó Riain initiated a series of vox populi videos commemorating 1^st May 2004 when Slovakia joined the European Union during the Irish presidency and Slovak delegation was welcomed in Cork. Eduard Kukan, MEP and then Foreign Minister of Slovakia shared his memories of the day. Several Slovaks who lived and studies or worked in Ireland ever since gave their testimonies.
