Ireland is getting Expo ready

Ireland will take part in the next World Expo, which takes place from 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021 in Dubai, and we want you to be part of our story! Join us at the Irish pavilion where we will present the best of Ireland, of Irish culture and Irish creativity. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your work to a global audience of more than 25 million people!
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has launched an Expo 2020 Open Call inviting individuals or organisations to propose exciting and innovative content, activities and events to be part of Ireland’s Expo 2020 programme ‘Ireland. Be Inspired!’.
We are especially interested in proposals from individuals or organisations with a creative, artistic, cultural, economic, scientific, technological, educational or social focus, but we will consider all submissions received. Proposals might include, but are not limited to:
- Music and dance performances
- Theatre
- Visual art
- Literary events
- Circus/spectacle
- Scientific, technological, economic or sporting demonstrations
- Cross-disciplinary debates, seminars and workshops.
