Mandatory Hotel Quarantine (MHQ) for travellers from high-risk countries

Mandatory Hotel Quarantine (MHQ) for travellers from high-risk countries

A Mandatory Hotel Quarantine (MHQ) requirement is now in effect for all travellers arriving into Ireland from high-risk countries, including Austria. Travellers are required to pre-book accommodation in a designated quarantine facility and to pre-pay for their stay. Please see http://gov.ie/quarantine to book and for further MHQ guidance. Please note that the list of high-risk countries will be revised on a regular basis and can be subject to change at short notice.
