Ambassador of Ireland presents credentials to President Zelenskyy

On Thursday 19 August, HE Therese Healy, Ireland’s first resident Ambassador to Ukraine presented her credentials to the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Presidential Administration in Kyiv.

Ambassador Healy thanked the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their support to her team in establishing the new Irish Embassy.

President Zelenskyy welcomed the new chapter in Irish-Ukrainian relations as a means to further developing collaboration between our countries and fondly recalled his own visit to Ireland several years ago.
