Chips and Sausage: Is very much a personal take on Ireland and her wonders by Daniel Zuchowski and is his second book. This guidebook, bearing colour illustrations by Gemma Quevedo, covers a multitude of topics that the author believes are important to Irish people.
It focuses on Irish kindness and politeness, explores what a “typical” Irish family looks like, discusses some of the main characteristics of the English language in Ireland and does not leave out typical mistakes tourists make when they visit Ireland. All in all, a guide full of humour, warmth and love for Ireland and her amazing people.
