Inaugural German Irish Film Summit

 

  

The first German Irish Film Summit will take place in Berlin in April 2022 presented by the Embassy of Ireland, Germany.

Featuring screenings, pitching, talks, panels, and networking - the summit aims to bring film professionals from Irish and German film industries together to spark inspiration, cooperation and friendships.

There will also be public screenings of films at Moviemento on the 26th, 27th and 28th April featuring Q+As with filmmakers.

If you would like to take part in the pitching session you can apply by writing to culture.berlin[at]dfa.ie - this is open to film professionals only.

This is a 2G+ Event, which means you are required to be fully vaccinated or recovered and a booster vaccination or a negative test not older then 24hrs.

Der erste German Irish Film Summit findet im April 2022 in Berlin statt, präsentiert von der Botschaft von Irland, Deutschland. Mit Filmvorführungen, Pitchings, Fachvorträgen, Diskussionsrunden und Networking- Möglichkeiten soll der Summit Filmschaffende aus der irischen und deutschen Filmindustrie zusammenbringen, um Inspiration, Zusammenarbeit und Freundschaften zu entfachen. Am 26. 27. und 28. April finden im Moviemento öffentliche Filmvorführungen statt.
