For all visa queries and visa appointments the Visa Queries option below should be used. You can lodge your visa or passport application in person at the embassy between 09.30 and 12.30 Monday to Friday. An appointment is not required during these times.

 

If you require a passport application form, and you do not meet the conditions for online applications, please provide your postal address in the 'all other queries' option.

Emergency Contact Details

Please note that if you are an Irish citizen and require urgent assistance while the Embassy is closed, contact the main Embassy number, + 49 30 220 720, and leave a message on the Duty Officer voice mailbox. This is the only continuously monitored way of contacting the Embassy outside of office hours.

Please note that out-of-hours emergency assistance may be provided by staff based in Berlin or Frankfurt.
