A concert of Irish Harping at the Embassy of Ireland, Paris

Ambassador Nolan and the Permanent Representation of Ireland to the OECD and UNESCO, and the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, were honoured to organise a concert of Irish Harping on Wednesday 16 October 2019. This reception was hosted by Ambassador O'Brien, in the Embassy of Ireland in Paris.
