Emergency Consular Assistance
If your query relates to consular assistance in the case of a genuine emergency involving an Irish citizen in Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Cuba, Bicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela or Peru, please contact the Duty Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Dublin on +353 (0)1 408 2000.
