For our Irish Friday Club on 6 May 2022, we invited Donal O'Byrne, who shared insights into his work for the Berlin-based digital solutions provider Squareball. He detailed his his experience as product manager for the company, specialising in the fields of identity and access management (e.g. single-sign-on and authorisation software).
In addition, Donal spoke about his life's journey, which led him from Dublin to Berlin in the 2000s, and his involvement in the annual St. Patricksfest - Berlin's largest St.-Patrick's-Day-themed festival. As event manager for St. Patricksfest, Donal assists in returning the event to an in-person format, which has come into fruition for the first time in two years in March of 2022.
