Emergency Contact Details

If you need emergency assistance from the Consulate, then contact us immediately. During office hours, you can contact the Consulate by phone at +86 21 6010 1360.

If you telephone outside of normal office hours, you will be greeted by an automated message asking you to contact our Duty Officer. The emergency contact number for the Duty Officer is +8613601676870.

Alternatively you may contact the Duty Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Dublin at +35314082000.

Loss/Theft of Passport

If your passport is lost or stolen, contact the Consulate as soon as possible. you must also go to the nearest Police Station and make a report. Keep a copy of your statement to the police as you will have to submit it with your application for a new passport.
