EWIPA Conference Dublin 2022

Registration Details

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to adopt the Political Declaration on strengthening the protection of civilians from the humanitarian consequences arising from the use of explosive weapons in populated areas in Dublin Castle on Friday 18 November, 2022.

The Registration Platform is now open for registration until 03 November 2022 at 00:00 CET. Please follow the registration instructions outlined below. Additionally, please direct any questions or queries to EWIPA@dfa.ie

For the purpose of this registration form, representatives of governments, international organizations as well as non-governmental organizations are referred to as “delegates”

Government and International Organisation delegates

Accreditation of Government and International Organisation delegates requires two steps:

1.     Each delegation member should complete the online registration form available on this link.

2.     For government delegates and international organisation delegates, the accrediting state or international organization is requested to notify the composition of the delegation to the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Permanent Mission of Ireland in Geneva or the Permanent Mission of Ireland in New York by Note Verbale.

NGO and Civil Society delegates

 Accreditation of civil society delegates requires two steps:

1.     Each civil society delegate should complete the online registration form available on this link.

2.     NGOs are requested to notify the composition of the delegation to the following address: EWIPA@dfa.ie

We kindly ask all delegates to complete the registration form(s) above.  Please note that it may be necessary to limit the numbers per delegation if the EWIPA conference is oversubscribed.

Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of the conference. Names, official function, affiliation, and e-mail address of conference delegates will be compiled in a participants’ list which may be shared on social media platforms related to the EWIPA 2022 Dublin Conference. All personal data will be stored in accordance with GDPR standards.

UNODA Sponsorship Programme

In order to ensure inclusivity and participation, we are pleased to offer a sponsorship programme to contribute to attendance costs of delegates representing least developed countries (LDCs) and small island developing states (SIDS). The sponsorship programme will be run in partnership with UNODA.

Members of the media should email Press.Registrations@dfa.ie with their name and details of their media outlet no later than 5pm on Wednesday, November 16th. Please note that accreditation is not finalised until confirmed by the DFA Communications Unit.
