Where do I get an application form?

Irish citizens resident overseas need to use an APS2E application form.

Depending on where you are normally resident in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Afghanistan you must apply through the Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Forms can also be collected from these locations:

For Irish Citizens resident in UAE, you can collect a form from the Embassy of Ireland in Abu Dhabi between 9am and 1pm, Sunday to Thursday or collect a form from the Irish Passport Collection Centre, VFS Global, Wafi Mall, Dubai between 9am and 5pm, Sunday to Thursday.

For Irish Citizens resident in the State of Kuwait, you can request a form from the DHL office (+965-1808 345).

For Irish Citizens resident in the State of Qatar, you can request a form from the DHL office located in Al Salwa Road (+974-4458 7888) or collect from the Irish Passport Collection Centre at VFS Global, Doha (+974 3344 1254).
