Can I get my passport today?

No.

Passports are manufactured in Dublin by the Passport Office, not by the Embassy of Ireland in Abu Dhabi.

If an applicant needs to travel urgently, the Embassy can produce Emergency Passports. Emergency Passports are non-biometric travel documents with a limited validity of twelve months. However, these can only be provided to people in limited circumstances and to people  who have a good passport history and who can provide documentary evidence of international travel.

Some countries require holders of Emergency Passports to apply for a visa before travel.
