How to Apply for a Passport

Apply Online

This is the fastest and cheapest way to get your first Irish passport or renew your passport. Once you have your photo, it only takes about ten minutes!

Passport Online is the only way to apply for an Irish Passport in your country.

Passport Online will return your passport book, passport card and relevant supporting documentation directly to you.

If you are resident in Turkey you must complete an APS2 form.

Please note, you cannot downlaod an application form online. You must contact us, requesting a form and providing your postal address and contact number. This information is needed for the courier company.

Fees

The fee depends on the type of passport you apply for:

Standard Passports

Standard 10-year passport is €95.00 or 535TL

Large 66-page, 10-year passport is €125.00 or 705TL

On-line for adults €80.00

Standard 5-year passport for all applicants under 18 years is €45.00 or 255TL
