I was born outside Ireland, but have Irish parents/grandparents, can I apply for an Irish Passport?

If you have a grandparent or grandparents who were born in Ireland you may be able to apply for Irish citizenship through Foreign Birth Registration. If successful, you may then apply for an Irish passport.
