During the event, the Ambassador recognised the achievements of ten fellows, who completed their studies this year, by awarding them certificates of completion. Awards were also presented to fourteen fellows who will commence their studies shortly, including four fellows who will study in Ireland.

The Fellowship Day provided an opportunity for fellows to learn more about the Embassy of Ireland in Tanzania, and the Tanzania-Ireland Alumni Association.  Graduating fellows also had the opportunity to present their thesis findings and share learning from their studies, which were mainly focused on the agriculture and health sectors.
