Ambassador Gilsenan hosts conferral ceremony for Tanzanian graduates of UCD

Ambassador Gilsenan hosted a PhD conferral ceremony in the residence for six Tanzania UD graduates who celebrated with friends and family. It was the first time a UCD graduation was held outside fo Ireland. Professor Patrick Paul Walsh fo UCD officiated.
