The Ambassador was delighted to attend the Iberian GAA Championship finals which took place in Madrid on Saturday 4th of June, welcoming the regional winners from the Spanish region for the inaugural sub-regional format of the competition to the Spanish capital.

18 March: SIBN St. Patrick’s Day Charity Gala Ball, Westin Palace Hotel Madrid, Friday 18 March
The upcoming SIBN St. Patrick’s Day Charity Gala Ball will take place in the Westin Palace Hotel, Madrid, on Friday 18 March. The proceeds from the Ball will go towards ASWE (Asociación Sindrome Williams España) and WSAI (Williams Syndrome Association Ireland) and will be used to fund an international summer camp for young Spanish and Irish people with Williams Syndrome.

There will once again be a family-friendly celebration of St. Patrick’s Day here in Madrid. This year’s event will be held on Sunday, 13th March at the Parque Deportivo Puerta de Hierro.
