I wish to send a large group of people to Ireland to a conference/sports event etc. What do I need to do?

A large group is defined as thirty applications or more. You should contact the visa office as soon as you start to organise the trip to Ireland. This will enable the visa office to plan with the large volume of group applicants in as efficient a manner as possible, so as to minimise difficulties to the organiser, applicants and the visa office.

The visa office telephone help line (+7 495 9375 900) operates from 2.30pm to 5.00 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding designated public holidays).

Queries can also be sent electronically to Irishvisamoscow@dfanet.ie Please include your visa application number on any correspondence.
