Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

The Embassy will be closed on the following dates over the Christmas and New Year period:

• Thursday, 24 December - Christmas Eve
• Friday, 25 December - Christmas Day
• Friday, 1 January - New Year's Day
• Wednesday, 6 January - Epiphany

The Embassy's passport and visa section will be closed on Thursday, 31 December.

Embassy: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 13:00 and 14.00 - 17.00
Passport Office: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:30 - 12:30, Tuesday/Thursday 14.30 - 16.30
Visa Office: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:30 - 12:30, Tuesday/Thursday 14.30 - 16.30

Out-of-hours Emergency Contact Details

The Embassy operates an out-of-hours service for Irish citizens requiring emergency assistance. If an Irish citizen is in need of emergency assistance, please ring the Embassy Duty Officer at +48 602 765 602. Alternatively, you may contact the Duty Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Dublin at +353 (0)1 408 2000.
