What to do if I find a passport I reported lost or stolen

NEVER TRAVEL ON A PASSPORT YOU HAVE REPORTED LOST OR STOLEN.

If you find a passport that you have reported lost or stolen, return it to the Embassy of Ireland in Lithuania, or to your nearest Embassy if you no longer live in Lithuania.  If you have returned to Ireland, please return the passport to the Passport Office.
