Ireland's Mission Strategy in Liberia 2019 - 2023

The Embassy of Ireland in Liberia was established in 2018. Ireland’s current engagement in Liberia is guided by the government’s Ireland's Mission Strategy in Liberia 2019 - 2023 which aims to deepen development, political and economic cooperation between our two countries. Ireland’s priority areas throughout the five-year strategy period will include poverty reduction, gender equality, nutrition, food security and the promotion and protection of human rights, in particular women’s rights.
