Turnaround Times

The current turnaround time for standard passports is around 6 - 8 weeks, but please note that applications can take longer in times of peak demand e.g. summer months.

Urgent processing time is around 3 - 4 weeks.

If you need to travel at shorter notice than this for emergency reasons, it may be possible to provide you with an Emergency Passport or an Emergency Travel Document, both of which have restricted and limited availability.
