Location and Opening Hours

The Embassy is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30. We close between 13:30 and 14:30 for lunch.

You can request the Embassy or an Honorary Consulate to send you an application form by post. We will need your full address, including PIN, and your mobile number to do this.

You can send your passport application back to the Embassy or Honorary Consulate by local post. We recommend that you use a courier as it is a valuable document.

If you are based in Bangladesh, the Irish passport form is available at the British High Commission in Dhaka. It must be returned directly to the Irish Embassy in New Delhi.

All passports are returned by courier. You can also collect your passport in person if you prefer.
