Ambassador meets with members of the Greek-Irish Parliamentary Friendship Group

Ambassador Kilkenny hosted his first meeting with Greek-Irish Parliamentary Friendship Group in Athens. After the Ambassador’s introductory remarks, the Group’s Chair, Terence Quick, expressed his appreciation for the Ambassador’s initiative and spoke warmly about the links between Greece and Ireland. He went on to talk about his own experience of visiting Ireland and looked forward to engaging with the Ambassador and Embassy of substantive issues.

In response, the Ambassador thanks the Chair and Deputies for their interest in Ireland and undertook to continue these valuable exchanges.
