Opening hours and directions to the Embassy

The Passport Office at the Embassy of Ireland, Paris, is open to the public from 9.30 to 12.00 Monday to Friday. The telephone line for the passport office is open from 9.30 to 13.00 and 14.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday. Please dial +33 1 44 17 67 00 and select the passport option.

You can lodge your application at the Embassy from Monday to Friday between 9.30 and 12.00. Alternatively, you can post your application to:

If you choose to post your application, we strongly recommend that you use registered mail or a reputable courier service. The Embassy cannot be held responsible for applications or documents lost in transit.

Directions to the Embassy

The nearest metro station is Argentine on line 1. When you come out of the metro station, walk back up the hill towards the Arc de Triomphe. The entrance to the Embassy's public office is at 4 Rue Rude, which is the second street on the right after you exit the metro.

The nearest Velib station is at Rue Traktir.
