Launch of Irish Film Festival

On 9th March, the Consulate General launched the Irish Film Festival at the Verona Cinema.

The Consulate was delighted to launch 2016's Irish Film Festival at the Verona Cinema. Supported by the Consulate, Culture Ireland and the Irish Film Board, this year's programme includes Pursuit, Older than Ireland, Song of the Sea and the Sydney premiere of a new landmark documentary on the Easter Rising, 1916 - The Irish Rebellion.

The festival takes place from 7-10 April in the Chauvel Cinema. Further details are available on the Festival facebook page and from the Chauvel Cinema.
