Piano recital by Irish maestro Míceál O’Rourke at the Theatro São Pedro, Monday 27th March at 20h00
The Consulate General of Ireland, the Secretary of Culture of the State of São Paulo and the Theatro São Pedro have the honour to present a recital by esteemed Irish pianist Míceál O’Rourke on Monday 27th March at 8pm.
Mr O’Rourke will play a diverse repertoire, including works by Baldassare Galuppi, John Field and Frédéric Chopin. The highly talented maestro is known for his powerful performances around the world and has recently played to audiences in Buenos Aires, Santiago, New York, St. Petersburg, London and Moscow.
Entry is free and the recital is a gift to the people of São Paulo from Ireland, in recognition of the wonderful St. Patrick’s Day celebrations across this great State.
