Phone lines are open every weekday outside of public holidays between 9.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. If you are an Irish citizen and have an emergency outside of those hours, please leave a message on the emergency line (+1 202-462-3939) and the officer on duty will return your call as soon as possible.
