Celebrating Bloomsday in Scotland

Bloomsday 2017

Bloomsday is an annual celebration of James Joyce that takes place in Dublin and around the world on 16 June, the date depicted in Joyce's famous 'Ulysses'.

The Consulate is delighted to partner with poet Hayden Murphy, Akva Café in Edinburgh, and the University of Glasgow’s School of English Literature to mark Bloomsday in 2017.
