Fianáin

Úsáidimid fianáin ionas go bhfaighidh tú an taithí is fearr ar ár láithreán agus comhlíonaimid ár gceanglais Cosanta Sonraí ag an am céanna. Lean ort gan do chuid socruithe a athrú, agus gheobhaidh tú fianáin, nó athraigh do chuid socruithe fianáin ag aon tráth.

Níl an leagan Gaeilge ar fáil go fóill, más maith leat an leagan Béarla a léamh féach thíos.

New Ambassadors present Credentials

Their Excellencies, the Ambassadors of  the Kingdom of Bahrain, the United Republic of Tanzania, the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of Armenia presented their Letters of Credence to the President at Áras an Uachtaráin today.

H.E. Ms. Alice Thomas Samaan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain, was accompanied by Mrs. Hayfa Matar, Counsellor at the Embassy.

H.E. Mr. Peter Allan Kallaghe, Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania, was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Joyce Kallaghe, and by Mr. Amos D.M. Msanjila, Minister Counsellor at the Embassy.

H.E. Mr. Teuku Mohammad Hamzah Thayeb, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia, was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Lastry Thayeb, and by Mr.Haris Nugroho, Minister Counsellor at the Embassy.

H.E. Mrs. Karine Kazinian, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia, was accompanied by Mr. Ara Margarian, Counsellor at the Embassy.

Mr. John Perry, T.D., Minister for Small Business at the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, represented the Government at the ceremony.

The following were also present:   Mr. Adrian O’Neill, Secretary-General to the President; Mr. Brendan Rogers, Deputy Secretary-General at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade;  Mr. Joe Brennan, Ms. Marion O’Donnell, Mr. Myles Geiran and Ms. Siobhán Bradley, Protocol, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The Ambassadors were escorted to and from Áras an Uachtaráin by an Escort of Honour consisting of a motorcycle detachment drawn from the 2nd Cavalry Squadron, Cathal Brugha Barracks, Dublin, under the command of Lieutenant Richard Piggot. 

The Guard of Honour was provided at Áras an Uachtaráin by troops drawn from the 28th Infantry Battalion, Finner Camp, Co. Donegal, under the command of Lieutenant Liam McDonnell.   The Army No. 1 Band was conducted by Captain Fergal O’Carroll.
