If you are visa required and wish to travel to Ireland, please ensure a complete application is submitted with enough time for it to be processed. We are not able to provide status updates for applications.

The Embassy is no longer accepting new paper passport applications from Canadian residents under the age of 65, unless a valid reason for not using Passport Online is submitted. For new applications that arrive, a $15 fee for registered mail will be taken and the applications will be returned.
